Certificate IV in Ageing Support CHC43015
Our Certificate IV Nationally Accredited Healthcare Training Course in Ageing Support will get you started a path towards a rewarding career in the aged care sector. This Nationally Accredited Healthcare Training Course covers all aspects of caring for the elderly and will enable enrollees to translate skills into roles in either residential, home or community-based care environments.
In addition to the practical skills required to operate effectively, you will also learn how to ensure the safe, ethical and legal treatment of a diverse range of elderly patients. You will become fully conversant with the process of facilitating individual service planning and delivery of services that meet the unique needs of each person in your care.
Whether supporting the independence and wellbeing of relatively healthy patients or implementing caring and professional practices for those with challenges such as dementia, terminal illness and those at risk. You will learn how to work within organisational guidelines to deliver positive outcomes.
This qualification reflects the role of support workers who complete specialised tasks and functions in aged services; either in residential, home or community based environments.
Workers will take responsibility for their own outputs within defined organisation guidelines and maintain quality service delivery through the development, facilitation and review of individualised service planning and delivery.
